in use for longer than this period, it should be replaced immediately. Date
the bottom of any new or replacement housing to indicate the next
recommended replacement date.

and all warranty, subrogation or damage claims must be made to Sta-Rite /
Pentair / OmniFilter Industries.

DISPUTES

prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be
binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the
